Service Description
Muscle tone or tonus helps maintain our posture. In order to achieve the look of muscle tone or a toned body you need to engage in strength training as well as shed the layer of fat covering your muscles. This workout combines two key aspects of this model for effectiveness to maximize your results.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must text or call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. Every effort will be made to reschedule sessions cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours based on trainer availability, but is not gauranteed. Clients will be charged for no shows, and appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and text or call 813-501-7405 will result in a session loss, and deposit forfeited. Planes Of Motion Wellness reserves the right to cancel a group class should the minimum quota of participants (i.e. 3) not be met.
