Service Description
Our core is associated with the body's center of gravity, and stability is associated with isometric or static strength, as well the lumbar spine that is primarily responsible for posture and stability. Strengthening our core muscles including our abdominal, back and those around the pelvis, makes it easier to do physical activities.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must text or call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. Every effort will be made to reschedule sessions cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours based on trainer availability, but is not gauranteed. Clients will be charged for no shows, and appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and text or call 813-501-7405 will result in a session loss, and deposit forfeited. Planes Of Motion Wellness reserves the right to cancel a group class should the minimum quota of participants (i.e. 3) not be met.
